Hey guys, new to the LSAT and am just stressed about deciding when I should write it based on my circumstances. I know there probably is no set answer, as it depends on when I am ready, however I would appreciate any thoughts or experiences you may have had.
I am already enrolled in a Testmasters Online LSAT Prep course as of 3 weeks ago, and will lose access to the material (excluding the diagnostics, lesson plans, and completed homework) at the end of September, which is when I planned to write the LSAT. However I was an idiot and decided to take a vacation with my family, leaving me behind my anticipated schedule. To catch up to where I feel I need to be it would require studying most likely 12 hours a day to complete my lessons 1 month prior to the September LSAT, leaving me with 1 month to review and do additional diagnostics. This schedule seems brutal and I am worried about "burning out".
I would write it in December, however I will have my exam period around that date as well making it difficult to focus on the LSAT. Thus I am leaning towards writing it in February 2015, since that will be near the start of my semester, however the only thing I worry about is that 4 months will have passed since the completion of my Testmasters online course. I would have to rely on reviewing already completed/homework and notes, but I anticipate I may run out of diagnostics attempting to keep the material relevant.
So basically I am asking is it more beneficial to write it in September or December, since the online content is more recent? Or would it be fine to complete the course 4 months in advance, and dedicate my additional time to redoing the same drills/homework I have completed, along with previous diagnostics? The fear I have there is that simply reviewing will not prep me sufficiently, however I could be wrong. Thanks for any input.

Re: LSAT Prep Question (regarding prep timing)
When do you want to apply?
Take Feb+June... What you think is the consequence of having time between the end of your course and your test date is actually the best thing possible. You're not going to come out of a course prepared, it's what you do in the months afterward that will most improve your score.

Thanks for the reply and yeah I see your point. I would most likely apply next Fall, as I anticipate beginning Law School in 2016.Clearly wrote:When do you want to apply?

Take some time off, start studying when you can, get the course over with, then start the real work improving, take Feb and if needed June and apply in Sept
