what's my problem?? Need your advice

Post by asukajjang » Mon Jul 14, 2014 10:02 pm

Need your advice;

I just got my lsat result and the score was almost the same as last one :(
Unfotunately, I can't figure out what my problems are. I think I'm doing pretty well on prep test, scoring over 160 on timed.
However, on the actual test, I bombed it and so frustrated with the result, dropping over 10.
I only got 1 chance left and need to find out what my problems are whether it is LR, RC or game.

Thanks in advance!

you're going to have to give us more than that if you actually want a semi-serious answer

If you're scoring below 165, it means you are still struggling with the fundamentals.

If you are scoring something other than -0 on LG, you are giving away free points. -0 is a must.

Since it appears you are still struggling with the fundamentals, any advice you need is readily available in the countless LSAT guides and the prep books out there.

Do you think or do you know? There is a big difference in knowing that you are doing well and what you should expect on the LSAT and thinking you do.

What have you done to figure out your problems? Have you gone back to see what questions you repeatedly keep getting wrong? Have you drilled those types of questions?

You said you need to figure out what your problems are because you don't know whether it's in LR, RC, or LG. Look at the results and figure it out. If you can't figure out what sections you got wrong you should really look in the mirror and figure yourself out first. Always be thinking ahead and be proactive, never wait for someone to tell you what to do or how you could improve (at least in this situation).
