LSAT Prep Course Advice

Post by HaleyK » Mon Jul 14, 2014 8:56 pm

I recently took the June 2014 LSAT and did not score nearly as high as I wanted. I have been looking into options for prep courses such as: the weekend PowerScore class or some type of private tutoring. Is there any advice as to which method I should use? (course v. tutor; self-practice v. course, etc.)

Any feedback would be appreciated! :)

Courses used to be more popular in the past. However, in recent years, self-studying has become significantly more popular as the quality of self-study resources (books, videos, etc.) have improved. Many folks on TLS are big on self-study. However, different methods work best for different people. Part of it depends on your learning style and needs, of course.

I've put together many free and low-cost self-study resources on my website, and I also offer private tutoring. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions!
