How do you "drill" for LR, RC, and LG? Do you just do a bunch of practice problems? Like do you do a set untimed and then check the answers? Is it bad to do one question then review that question right after and then move onto the next question and repeat that process?
How do you ease into timed practice from drilling?

Re: Drilling question
I am drilling right now so maybe I can answer your question. When I first started I would review after each question but that shit takes FOREVER. So what I did was
1. Read the relevant chapter in the relevant text
2. Come up with a strategy i.e. an attack plan for the particular question type
3. Drill 20-30 questions
4. Review/Score
5. If I did well then do another Batch of 20-30 question, If I did poorly STOP, RE READ chapter and revise strategy

Re: Drilling question
I drill using the blind review method.

I do a single logic game or reading comprehension section at a time, then review my answers.
For logical reasoning I do an entire section out of one of the earlier tests and then review.
edit: Any question that I was unsure about after reviewing get googled and then written down for later review.
