LR Workbook

I purchased a Cambridge LR workbook. I would like to know how should I go about doing the questions? Should I do a certain amount of one question type each day? Should I do a certain amount of different question types each day, or should I just do all within a specific question type, and then move on to the next question? In short, how should I approach the workbook?
