Blueprint LG in Canada

I've been trying to get a copy of the Blueprint for Logic Games and I currently live in Canada. Amazon won't ship a copy of this particular book to my address for some reason. Have any Canadians been able to obtain a copy, and how so?

yep - I called the number on their website and they shipped one over to me with no problems (I live in Ontario)
