It's hard to give substantive advice for an issue like this without having a better idea of why you're getting those questions wrong. Is it because you're reading the passage too quickly and not comprehending it? Are you misreading the questions? Are you referring back to the passage when necessary, and do you have an effective system of annotating the passage so that you can find the relevant section quickly? You're not alone in finding it difficult to make the jump from untimed to timed RC, but there are a lot of things that could be going wrong within that category, and in order to improve your score you'll need to figure out what those things are.
