PT 22 S1-Q19
Why is the answer (A) and not (B)? (B) uses appropriate language from lines 30-34 (should). (A) uses unsubstantiated language (obligated).

My copy of PT 22 has (B) as the answer.
However, I feel the need to point out that (A) isn't wrong so much because of the word "obligated", but rather because it's talking about CEO of charitable organizations, and that paragraph is discussing what CEOs of non-charitable organizations should do.
