So, I'm obviously wildly biased.
I love our courses *and* Laura B.
A lot of TLSers don't take courses, so you may have to wait a bit for a comment from someone who's actually taken our courses. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to shoot me questions about how our courses are set up, what's included, etc.

Hi deebanger,
I decided to stop lurking and offer my review of MLSAT's online course. I took an MLSAT Live Online Class in June of 2013 with Patrick Tyrell and Dmitry Farber. Many online classes aren't interactive and it's difficult when they are online to stay engaged since you're not actually in a classroom. Patrick and Dmitry were great at making the class interesting and randomly calling on students. Even though you weren't in a classroom they treated it like it was one. Online classes can be incredibly boring, but they did a great job of keeping you engaged and switching things up to keep it interesting. You always had ample time to ask questions and when we did practice problems you could always volunteer to offer an explanation of how you reached an answer. I think one of the best things about the course was all of the resources you get when you take an MLSAT course: office hours (30 min. weekly one-on-one sessions with a tutor), review sessions (two hour review sessions of lessons with more problems and chances to ask questions), homework explanations, MLSAT interact, and of course you're instructor is always available to help as well. You get so much with MLSAT. I haven't taken the LSAT yet, but I know that after taking the class I'm much more prepared. I hope this helps you understand the course a little better, but if you have any questions feel free to PM me.
As far as getting the best out of any online course, or any course in general, do the homework. That's really how you'll know for sure if you understood what was taught and how you'll find your strength and weaknesses. Ask questions and use all the resources available (forums, videos, instructors, etc.)
