3 weeks out: Getting to -0 LG

Post by NotHermione » Sun May 18, 2014 4:49 pm

Test is 3 weeks out and I'm consistently scoring 170+. My LR & RC scores no longer fluctuate, but my LG are all over the map. Sometimes I end up with -0 and a 176 and others I end up with -5 and a 170.

Obviously, I need to be drilling LG for the next several weeks (specifically the types I'm weakest on), but I was wondering if people would recommend doing full LG sections or drilling by type since it's so late in the game.

Thoughts?

Do full sections. It's only 35 minutes per section, and one of the things that trips ppl up is that they're having a hard time switching gears between wildly different game types.

Now, anytime you miss a question or two on a game, you should redo that game ~10 times in a row. Really memorize the deductions you should have made upfront, i.e. how the rules fit together and how you can recognize rules of the same type if they come up again.

Good luck.
