Keeping your cool
Does it come with experience? I feel that my habits are good and my instincts are good but, when I did my first timed PT last week, on some questions I just felt a little out of control. I revisited some questions that I got wrong and, although I know confirmation bias exists, I just feel like my abilities were undermined. I felt like I was making it too hard on myself due to pressure. What do you guys think? How do you deal with this? Is this normal? I did, to my standards, very well on the PT (168) so its not like I am a mess or anything.

Re: Keeping your cool
It's funny. TLS helps so much but I totally see why one can see it as a hindrance too, all these people wondering if they should take a Ruby or Harvard, complaining that they cannot break through their 174 plateau, etc. ahhaha

Re: Keeping your cool
Half is natural, half is experience
The test is so important that it is easy to psych yourself out
The test doesn't define you. If you bomb you can retake. No one but Yale cares. Even Yale don't care that much.
Kill it
