Question Regarding Velocity LG

Post by McBrunson » Tue Apr 08, 2014 8:12 pm

I plan on taking the LSAT in December. LG is the bane of my existence and I'm looking to really work on that section within the next few months. I read the Trainer and didn't like its approach to LG, and now I'm in a quandary. People have recommended the Blueprint LG book, however, the book uses MANY games from recent practice tests and I'd really like to save these newer games. Next, I've seen people recommend Velocity and I wanted to know whether the course also uses games from the more recent exams. Can I take the course without using games from PT 39+? Is that viable? If I was only a few months out from the exam I wouldn't be too concerned, but I have a lot of time to study and my biggest fear is burning through LG. But, if the course is as great as others say it is, perhaps it is worth the tradeoff. What would you do if you were in my position? Any type of answer would be appreciated immensely. Thank you in advance!

With Velocity LG, I went from missing a few on LG to missing none on test day. I recommend it to everyone. Go for it.

Stuff like this is silly.

Velocity games is okay, is not magical, no material is going to get you a magical -0, not on any section.

As for the follow up velocity vs 7sage, 7 sage is free. If you are that desperate I dont see why you cant watch both.

I have done Velocity + 7 Sage, I would say 7 sage is better, but Velocity has also few tricks that might be worth your money.
