100% retake. Everything is stacked in your favor and there is no downside.

What study methods specifically? There seems to be a lot of different methods in these forums. I thought the PS bibles were the general consensus but now I need suggestions for a new method because I plateaued with those.

I would retake. As for study methods, I'm sort of in a similar situation and need a better method for RC. Art passages kill me every single time.
