It sounds like you need either, but I recommend getting at least a few hours with a tutor if you've got the money to spare. Courses are terrible in general, but for you it would especially be a waste of your time.

I agree with cahwc12, 80% of the courses are a waste of time. They didn't helped me, but a private tutor did.
A tutor will know all your weaknesses and try to spend maximum time fixing them.

I took a full-length Powerscore prep course in summer 2009 and I'm interested in selling my prep course books (5 books total I believe, but note that the books are used in parts [written in pencil]). PM me for details if interested! Price is negotiable. For me, I didn't find the Powerscore class that helpful; I only gained points after spending significant time with the prep books.
