what to do about possible discrepancy on Feb LSAT

Post by TheLawrax » Sun Mar 02, 2014 6:24 pm

Just got February scores back, and I got a way lower score than I got on any of my preptests in the past six months. I'm sure there was some sort of bubbling error or something, but they don't release any information about the February LSAT except for your converted score so I can't do any investigation. Any advice on what to do? Anyone have any luck in getting a review/challenging a score for the February test?

This is my EXACT situation... I am literally in shock. I want to request a rescore too but I have no idea if it's worth it.

I believe that you can request a hand rescore. I would recommend calling LSAC tomorrow (provided that they are open given the snow storm).

I guess I'll be giving them a call tomorrow. What about a mis-bubble? Is there any possible recourse in that situation? Seems likely to me but I can't look at my answer sheet and I doubt that an 8-point drop would be possible due to a machine reading error, considering how carefully I filled in all the bubbles.
