Cambridge Packets+Trainer+Manhattan

Post by agalfano » Mon Feb 24, 2014 7:32 pm

Hi guys,

First time taker in June and just looking for a couple opinions from some more experienced people:

I have the trainer, and the Manhattan LR and RC guides. I am currently going through the trainer, doing about 2-3 lessons a day and haven't hit the Manhattan books yet. Yesterday I purchased the Cambridge Packets because I knew I wanted to start drilling those in the next few weeks or possibly start those now. I am just looking for the best way to go about this. I have heard people say to use all of these resources intermixed, and I have heard people say to start off with the trainer and then use the Manhattan books to couple with your drilling. Part of the reason I was asking is because I am a little bit overwhelmed since I just bought the cambridge packets and there is so much material!! I want to make sure that I hit all of these sources before my June test. Can I or should I start drilling while using the Trainer? And I wish the titles for the packets and the Trainer matched up a little bit better so I would know which packets to do with each lesson in the trainer. If you have used the Trainer with the packets please let me know what you did and if it was effective! Any advice will help! Thanks!
