velocity online

Considering velocity online or 7sage online for only Rc and Lr speed improvement. Could these online rc/lr be useful or are a waste of time? I'm already through all prescribed text material (bibles, mlsat, and pts).
Their video previews suggest that the lessons will have builtin drills. Are these drills same as pt questions?
