Where can I buy prep tests along with explanations, at a decent cost ?

Powerscore seems to have them, but at ~$7 a test, that would put me at $500 plus for prep tests alone.

You might consider purchasing the PTs from one source, and the explanations from another.

You can buy the tests and then use our forums - http://www.manhattanlsat.com/question-explanations.cfm - for explanations. Perhaps not as convenient as Steve's suggestion since you wouldn't have them with each test, but you can save some money.
