Where to purchase Manhattan guides for digital download?

Last year I was able to purchase Manhattan's RC guide as a digital download from their website. I can't seem to find it now. Are the third editions still available for digital download? I recommended one of my students to get them but after searching briefly, neither of us can find the link.

I'm not sure about purchasing them through the Manhattan site, but here are the Kindle versions:
