The Bernstein Advantage FTW (only Metro-Detroiters will get that, but trust me, you can't watch a sporting event without seeing a commercial for this firm).

Dismissed for standing. Made me wonder why didn't he sue the schools in question, and let them point fingers to (and bring into the suit) ABA and LSAC?
