I don't understand why A. is wrong. If one subject states that a majority is less than 20k (thus making the average lower than 20k), and the other subject states that the average is above 29k, how are they not disagreeing about the average salary being greater than 29k?!?
I guess I see why D. is correct, but I don't see why A. is incorrect. Any clarification on this would be much appreciated, thanks!

Ehhhh nevermind lol I'm guessing the majority can be under 20k and some outliers can still skew the average above 29k. My LSAT burnout is showing.

Another thing to keep in mind is that choice A generalizes about Ergon Foods as a whole, whereas the speakers' discussion is limited to the striking workers.
