Oct. LSAT study buddies in Korea?
Hey y'all,
I'm taking the Oct. LSAT in Seoul.
I think study groups would be extremely beneficial, no matter your level, for techniques and strategies definitely, but mental support most importantly!
Lemme know if anyone's down! We can start a Google group or Katalk chatroom, whatever...

I took a course in March, which is useless if you don't drill -- so I'm drilling now! As of late, my focus has been on LR.

The worst part of the course is how questions are "wasted" and not allocated in a smart manner. Ideally the prep course would have all of the questions from PT 1-45 in there, but this is not the case most of the time.caffedriade wrote:I took a course in March, which is useless if you don't drill -- so I'm drilling now! Agreed, man. PTs below 45 because are all tainted with questions I've already seen before, FML. I tried to avert this by NOT doing the assigned drilling homework which was a fail because I just ended up not drilling with tainted PTs in the end. Info about international exams is really limited. The international test is usually an unreleased one from the U.S. though, or so I've heard.superdingle2000 wrote:Do you guys know if the test or curve is any different for those taking the LSAT abroad? Considering taking it in Colombia.
Also heard LG is a bit harder on the international one (rumor from a friend who got into Yale this year).

Apparently, where you take it makes no difference...and it shouldn't.superdingle2000 wrote:Enough said.. The only real difference it would make that I can think of is for the June one in which you can take in the P.M. in the U.S.

I also heard the rumor that LG is harder and RC is easier in Korea, but I don't think there's enough info.
Btw, please let me know if anyone in Seoul wants a LSAT tutor!

Re: Oct. LSAT study buddies in Korea?
That's an unsubstantiated myth. Actually, when you consider how the LSAT is designed and curved, there's no way it could be true.jya300 wrote:I also heard the rumor that LG is harder and RC is easier in Korea, but who knows about unreleased tests? I don't think there's enough info.
