Study right. Take pts. Work on having extra timing.

Don't burn yourself out near the test date. Get enough sleep. Booze can help.

I did a practice test a day for two weeks, and then took the weekend off before the exam. After every test I would go through every logical reasoning question and reading comp question to see why the correct answer was correct. On top of that I did about 4 to 5 more passages a day and worked mainly on speed.

Booze sure did the trick for me this time.

Evidence: Prior to my 171, I had stopped drinking for a month before the test. Prior to my 175, I drank frequently.

I tried no boozing it and it was not a good choice. Obviously don't get smashed and then take a PT, but a cocktail or two at night isn't going to hurt. It was a nice way to relax after spending several hours a day studying for the LSAT and doing school work.

I remember there were a handful, like CDs and dinosaurs, that I couldn't get the first time, but, yes, I was usually going -2 or better.
