PTs and Drilling

Which should I do first? Should I drill each question type using Cambridge until I've mastered them before doing PTs? I'm worried that if I do so, I'll remember the questions/answers and my PTs won't be an accurate score. Or should I take PTs and decide what I need to work on, then drill those? I have tests 29-38 and 52-68 right now.
