I'm a student in the NY metropolitan area preparing for the LSAT. I was wondering if anyone has had a good experience with a particular teacher/tutor from one of the big test prep companies in the area? (a teacher from Powerscore, Manhattan, Blueprint, Stratus, etc. either 1-on-1 or in a classroom setting)

We (Blueprint) only do 1-on-1 tutoring through our courses, unfortunately! So unless you enroll in our course (which, if you have any questions about, just let me know), I can take one name off your list.
