How do I use this book properly? Also I plan on buying the manhattan guide, I plan on getting 170+ and will not settle for anything else. So any advice on how to use those book effectively meaning a comprehensive list would be nice. Like use this book early on in your study stuy lg from this book so forth and so on.

Yeah, bottom of the site should have a "Search Forum" field.
