LOL I refer to this syndrome as "Lsat neck" with my more dedicated (regular PT) students. Its a thing for sure.

I used those thermacare heat neck wraps for my neck pain. They helped a lot, but honestly, give yourself a day's break and a good nights sleep.

You're just getting fatigued. Rest your brain and your body and the yawning should subside.

Not only that but your back can get pretty cramped after a while too. It's just hard to focus on good posture at the same damn time.

Definitely take breaks and stretch. I started having that problem, ignored it, and now I have a slipped disc. I'm hoping to get surgery or something to fix it before I take the LSAT in June 2014. I can no longer look down without pain. I need to have everything I read at near eye-level. The last thing I want to do is not get it resolved then need to pop a bunch of pain killers before a big exam.
Long story short: Listen to your body.

You also yawn when your body lacks oxygen. So this may sound silly but remember to breathe, it could be just that your thinking so hard that your getting fatigued. I would take some long slow breathes every so often
