I have a GPA of 3.85 from University (international University) on a 4.3 GPA scale.
LSAC processed my transcripts and they made no changes to my GPA.
Does that mean that I now have a 3.85 GPA on a 4.0 scale?? I don't know how to interpret or would my GPA decrease???
Note: For foreign transcripts, LSAC do not provide a Academic Summary report, what they provide is a JD Foreign CAS Evaluation. In this report they simply restate your GPA grade and they evaluate the University/College. They concluded that my GPA grade and school were superior.
Please help me understand if my GPA is going to be reported as 3.85 on my law school report or it is going to decrease.

Since your GPA is international, I think that means your GPA doesn't count--meaning law schools will look at it, but it won't impact their medians. Superior is good, that won't hold you back anywhere.

You're welcome, I'm just parroting what I've seen here. You should search for threads about being an international applicant. There are some on here.
