The use of "nor" on the LSAT
With regards to the Logic Games, Should I treat "Nor" like "and" or "or"?

And.
For example: "Neither he nor I will be at the party."
That means both of us won't attend the party.
For example: "Neither he nor I will be at the party."
That means both of us won't attend the party.
