Does anyone know how to get a refund from 7Sage

With their 14 day money back guarantee? Has anyone done so? Does anyone know how?


EDIT: They called back the same day I asked for the refund.

Hey, I'm from 7Sage. Normally you just have to email us. We usually reply to all emails within the day, though sometimes weekends are a bit slower.

Who did you email, and when? Anyway, I sent you a PM.

resolved. the issue was not on 7sage's part which was why I requested a refund, I just learn better in a classroom. thanks .
