I'll pay you to take the LSAT for me....
Kidding, but this guy on Craigslist wants you to.
"I'm looking for a person who can take my lsat for me. Must score above 168. I can provide a ID with your photo and my name on it so there is no risk at all. Price beyond reasonable and negotiable."

What do you think is reasonable pay? The difference in expected lifetime earnings in the legal field with a 150 versus a 168 has got to be astonishing.

If I lived in SF, I'd let him pay me. Wouldn't bother taking the test, though - I ain't using a fake ID (never have, never will)

What everyone and the craigslist guy are failing to take into account is the passport photo that you attach with your admissions ticket.
If LSAC or the law school that you attend find out that there's a mismatch there, then you're in a world of hurt.

Sounds right. They probably only need it to match against the picture ID.bernaldiaz wrote:Iirc they only hold on to the passport photo for a couple weeks then dispose of itboblawlob wrote:What everyone and the craigslist guy are failing to take into account is the passport photo that you attach with your admissions ticket.

If LSAC goes through the trouble of scanning all our scantrons and writing samples, I can't see why they can't scan the admission tickets with passport photo and signature as well for future use.nmop_apisdn wrote:Sounds right. edit: Keep in mind also that for previous tests prior to 2011, they've fingerprinted test-takers. Why would they take the fingerprints of test takers when there was no way to match test taker to photo ID with the fingerprint onsite?

Asian? Seems like Asians are trying to overcompensate for their ORM status.jasonbound wrote:So I sent an e-mail offering to do it and it's an Asian girl willing to pay $3000 and she wants it to be taken in February lol.

Why do you assume these numbers would not be comparable?John_rizzy_rawls wrote:3k to score above the 96th percentile? Such a lowball.

Couldn't you just create a fake ID?? When I took the test they didn't really examine my drivers license...

Correct. That is why LSAC requires passport photos for admissions tickets now.biggemflowers wrote:Couldn't you just create a fake ID?? When I took the test they didn't really examine my drivers license...

Re: I'll pay you to take the LSAT for me....
Maybe I'm missing something but it seems like you would just need a fake ID with the photo of the person pretending to be you's picture on there and then they go to a right aid or cvs and have their picture taken and they are in.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
