Just remembered there's an essay
I don't have time to practice, but I already know how to write. How do I do well on this section.

Write coherently, tell why your side is a better choice. Address the facts of the opposing side and explain why their facts will not reach the same result as your conclusion. Do this in a clear, concise, and well written manner and you will be fine.
I did a few today, it is honestly really easy.

Is it a standard 5 paragraph essay?

The essay doesn't matter at all. There is no format. I think you just pick a point a side and argue for it.

With really bad, I mean not being able to string a coherent sentence together or quoting passages from Mein Kampf.

Part of me recalls the common wisdom being that, if they feel like your application is overly prepared, they compare your writing style on the essay to that in your personal statement to try to glean how much help you got in preparing your PS. I also have a terrible memory.
