Retook PT63 in a quieter library, last taken ~3 months ago:
LR:-0
LG:-0 (10 mins left 8))
LR:-2
RC:-3
Scaled Score: 175

4 sections in a row, 2 mistakes were b/c I remembered the question as hard and was dissuaded from my gut-answer which ended up being right. These were followed by 2 moronic mistakes, probably b/c my brain decided to take a vacation after answering something from memory.

Im kinda feel like desi about retake scores, high risk/low-reward and alot of the time remembering stuff hurts me. I know if my LSAT-skills are good enough, they shouldn't happen, so I'm going to do way more extensive review now that I have LSATQa.

PT64 tomorrow, PT66 Thursday, and a whole lot of LG inbetween.

I think remembering only hurts you on LR though.. LG and RC is what's in front of you did well on both sections

Wicked LG section Chad! Full on beast mode, brother.

I'm taking PT 64 tomorrow too! Lets see who scores better (it will be you). Friendly competition to push us to better ourselves! :)

Just when I was thinking I nailed down LR.. -4 on LR1 on PT47. Damn, this one did seem tougher for me though. A few really, really tough ones in there.

My average since Oct has dropped three points.

:(
nooooo sadness. is your avg above your Oct score?

I realized Bitsy correctly noted my survival. . . and not the possible contraction/dormant-building.

Maybe the virus/germs are white too. White on white crimes.

I've been going 0 or -1 on the last dozen or so Logic Games -- either in full PTs or taken as sections.

Some of them I've finished with 5-10 minutes to spare.

One I finished, mildly tipsy on booze, with 15 minutes to spare and was 0.

Why do I feel none of this will translate on Saturday? :|

Mission 1: Get -2 to 0 on LG
Mission 2: Get -2 to 0 on RC

This would be *it*. Done. Finito. I didn't prepare for RC or LG either last year or this year. Not like this. I mean, I'm ready. Right?

It's like my Maginot Line. Nothing broke through the Maginot Line. :?

Yeah I'm praying that my recently improved LG performance comes through on December. I mean, it can't get any worse than the -9 that I scored in the section in both June and October, right. (God I hope I didn't jinx myself).

Or Focus. You got some laser like focus to be able to do five sections in a row so often. My brain rebels and starts free associating with the stimulus.

Technically speaking, nothing did break through...they just went around. So you should be fine.

I just got the great news that I will be off to my number 1 choice next fall!

I am stopping by in this thread in an effort to give everyone some motivation as you guys come into the final stretch to test day. I had to retake the LSAT as well and I know how difficult studying for it again can be, but it pays off! Most of you in this thread are way smarter than me, and I just hope that when you all kill December's test and are off to HYS you keep in touch!

Good luck everybody and keep up the hard work.
Congrats, that's awesome

Also, just did PT 49

0LG
3LR
3RC

174

Was having a hard time focusing on the first LR (where i missed all 3) so I took a lunch break after that section and came back feeling a lot better. Overall not a bad performance considering how bad i thought that first section was going. No more tests with low blood sugar... and more rc drilling
I'm on my fourth day in a row of PT's and I'm hitting that wall that you ran into. I hit 174 today with a -1 LR, -2 LG, and -5 RC. The LR, one of the LG, and four of the RC were basically just moronic misses. Only 2 of them were legit. I think taking tomorrow off from PT's and taking one on Wednesday is a good bet for both of us.
Ya for sure. In general I think I tend to be kind of cyclical though, so its probably good to get this out of the way a week out and have plenty of time to come back for the rest of the week. Not scurrrred
