Bringing OTC medication to the test center

Just a quick question, I used the search function, but didn't really find much relevant info. Is it permissible to bring a small bottle of like tylenol or ibuprofen in the ziplock bag they allow you bring. Only reason I ask is I tend to get bad neck pain after 4 sections of so and am hoping to head this off a little bit by taking a painkiller during the break.
