The ticket says be there no later than 8:30am, what time do you think the actual test will begin?

Anywhere between 15 and 180 minutes after that.

If anyone can guess the exact time the test will begin, according to my watch, you will win whatever is in my left pocket. Good luck, all!

That's when I'm aiming to get there. Well, more like 8-8:15

Just remember, all start times are on Greenwich Standard, so for example if you are taking the test on the west coast (PST), your test will begin at roughly 1:30 am local time.

This was a joke. Quit worrying and just be sure to get there 15 mins or so before the suggested arrival time.
