Generally, yes. But there are aspects that aren't as relevant, which obviously isn't ideal. Unfortunately, games are probably the least representative. If I remember correctly, 1-20's games are on the easy side, and sometimes include some rare game types that don't appear on modern tests.

If you do them by game type, I think yes definitely. There are a couple oddball games, but it's your application of rules and diagramming that you will hone through practicing those games where you will get the most benefit. I would definitely do them if you're writing in December, but I wouldn't bother with them if you're writing in October because you won't have time to digest 70 PTs in 70 days.
