Same happened for me and TLS told me that if they don't send you another fee waiver for this cycle, email them with the original fee waiver email attached and they should be fine with that. (I would check to see if you don't already have one for those schools first - see check for hidden fee waivers topic.) You can always ask for fee waivers even from schools that didn't send you one the first time around.
