I'm going to stick with good ol' coffee, since that's what I regularly drink before studying/PTing. I will definitely make sure to take care of all restroom duties beforehand, though.

Be careful with energy drinks that you aren't familiar with. It'd be awful to find out that it makes you unable to concentrate or something of the sort on test day.

5 hour energy doesn't make you jittery

It can make small people jittery, especially if they don't have much experience with the genre. Whatever you do OP, don't drink anything you've never taken before.

It definitely made me jittery. I tried one before a PT and was very overcaffeinated.

I'm sticking with my regular cup of coffee. I've also done PT's where I got tired towards the end, but still knocked down a few great sections, so I'm not worried about my overall stamina and don't want to try anything new. Just me though.

Why would you do anything different than normal? If you don't drink a Red Bull every morning, then I genuinely believe that drinking a Red Bull before the test would be worse than drinking a beer.

Coffee killed my LG performance on PT tests. A good jog might be a better idea.
