Stressing, should I take the rest of the week off?

Post by JdCan » Tue Jun 05, 2012 11:34 am

Anxiety is winning the battle 6 days before the LSAT. I have studied hard for this everyday since February. A friend suggested that I take the rest of the week off and just relax without over thinking everything. He said to just watch online lessons to review. Is this good or bad advice? because I am really stressed at the moment. I am scared that my anxiety and fear of failure will have a negative effect on my performance.

If you're REALLY stressing about it, take a day off. Take two off. Stress is going to hurt your score more than not practicing for a week. If you feel like a week is long enough to have forgotten about everything you learned, spend Thursday reviewing. But yes, you should take some time off to relax. Buy a Groupon massage.

You've been studying since February. That's insane. I've been studying since April. You'll do just fine. Right now you need to work on your confidence level. Take a practice test, see how much you've improved, then let it go.
