A few beers before the LSAT or maybe a good 40 might do the trick and get me in the zone.
I don't get test day nerves but my focus can wander if I'm not in the zone.
Therefore, to increase my chances of being in the zone on test day __________________________.

It will probably help with the courage you'll need to take the proctor hostage.

Dude I'm not taking anyone hostage. I'll just say "Awww f**k this!!", leave the room, and cancel if I run out of time on any section. Come on, man. Let's just drink before the LSAT. Honestly, drinking gives me a clear head. I bet I could get a 180 if I got drunk before the LSAT but not to the point where I can't control my motor skills.

Using a drug that dulls the mind to gain the confidence to take a test that requires mental sharpness sounds like an excellent idea.
Carry on, good sir.

Whose to say that it dulls the mind? I don't know about you but when I down a 40, I tend to say intellectual things and use eloquent vocabulary that I would never think of using when sober.
Also, alcohol does give me a nice confidence boost to try to pick up hot girls.

I have a friend (SWIM). Any time SWIM drinks or gets high before an LSAT section, they do poorly.
I suggest going in sober. It will be easier to focus on the real deal than on the PTs because you know how importaint the actual exam is. Maybe drink some caffeine if you're into that. Perhaps bath salts?

Confidence in a skill is not an increase in the skill. Lack of filter does not mean that you are any more intelligent than normal.

Dude. This isn't a Flaw in the Reasoning question. Take a break from the LSAT.

I'll be drinking 2 Red Bulls before the test. That always puts me in the zone.
If you drink anything, drink a stimulant. The anxiety actually helps me focus. I can't imagine drinking alcohol before the LSAT. It is a horrible idea.

my two highest practice test scores have been after drinking about two yeunglings
But.... I wouldn't take the test like that of course.

This.
Try aderol or NZT (which I've heard will REALLY do the trick).

A few people claim to have taken the LSAT while stoned on weed and gotten 170+. Look through the TLS and LSD archives.
