Nightmares about the LSAT...
So I'm taking the June LSAT (first attempt), and I just had my first nightmare. It's one of those dreams that something shitty happens so you spend the rest of the day stressed out...
Anyway, I took the LSAT and felt pretty confident about it. I get this piece of paper that's supposed to have my score on it and it says "172 -Dave." When I saw the 172 I screamed in celebration but it quickly stopped because my name isn't Dave. So I went online to a message board and apparently they messed up all the scores and everyone got the wrong report card. So then I found this particular forum where everyone posted the wrong one they got. My UGPA is pretty low from engineering (under 3.0) and this guy that had my paper was making fun of my GPA and my LSAT score, which was a 154. I spent the rest of the day sulking about how I was going to go to a T4 and woke up pretty depressed.
Did anyone else have any nightmares about the LSAT or am I just stressing out too much?

just wait...your worst nightmares will be happening AFTER June 11th, partially as a result of being in the june waiting thread and thereby thinking about the LSAT 24/7 until you get your score.
speaking from personal experience. some of those nightmares were hilarious (all disturbing, though).

Yeah, I'm not looking forward to those two weeks. The worst is that I'm taking it June 24th, so I'll get to read about the agony of other 0Ls before I even take the test. I should probably abstain from TLS around that time.99.9luft wrote:just wait...your worst nightmares will be happening AFTER June 11th, partially as a result of being in the june waiting thread and thereby thinking about the LSAT 24/7 until you get your score.

No nightmares, but I am losing sleep. I stay up at night just thinking about the LSAT and all the what ifs. What if I don't get past the first LG, what if I read all the LG rules wrong, what if the RC doesn't make any sense and I have to read it 3 times, what if I only finish half of LR, what if I think I did great and then wind up getting in the 130s etc. Granted, none of this has ever happened on any PT but I still feel like it could happen.

Yeah, the main thing I'm worried about is not knowing how to do a logic game. I can hold my own on a dense RC passage, but messing up or not even knowing how to do an entire LG section would just ruin it for me, especially if it was the first section. I would pretty much give up after that.

Re: Nightmares about the LSAT...
Just had another one...
In my dream it was test day (I'm retaking in October) and I totally forgot about it and to prepare for it. So I'm all panicked and stressed and I get into the test area and obviously don't have anything (no snacks, pencils, etc) and I ask this girl if I can borrow just one pencil and she lectures me on how she has to have the five pencils she brought and she's not willing to make any sacrifices for me.
bah humbug
