How do I improve reading comp accuracy?

Through simple repetition and analyzing mistakes? Or am I suppose to have some sort of methodology? I cant figure out a clear answer to my question as opposed to something systematic like logic games.

Both. Do you currently have a strategy? Many members here, including myself, would recommend picking up an rc guide from a company like Manhattan LSAT or Powerscore.
