LSAC Fee Waiver after submitting applications?

Post by Mr.Binks » Tue Mar 27, 2012 12:26 pm

Okay, so I am planning on retaking in June 2012, but I have already taken the LSAT beforehand and have applied and been accepted to some schools for this cycle. The idea is that if my June LSAT is completely fucked, then I will attend one of the schools that have accepted me. If, however, I manage to do exceptionally well, I will sit out a year and reapply to the 2013 cycle in hopes of better schools.

My question is, if I have already been accepted, can I still qualify for a fee waiver? LSAC website indicates that if you are enrolled in a law school, then you cannot qualify. But I am unsure as to what exactly they mean by "enrolled." The portion indicating who can and cannot qualify for the fee waiver is below:

Thanks guys!
