Given that the entire question and its choices were not published in their entirety, would it not be fair use to employ limited quotations of the material in order to critique it?

Yeah, especially for a question that's been in print for 10 years. I don't know how you're supposed to discuss the questions at all without mentioning the words. So there goes the "talking about LSAT questions" portion of the LSAT forum.
