Is there a list of types of questions on all the Preptests so I can practice?

This is the only one I'm aware of. There's probably another one somewhere.

Yes, I looked at that already, why is there no Must Be True or Main Idea questions?

Not a clue. I'm sure you will be just fine without a list of those considering those questions are pretty easy to spot out from the question stems.

I'm not really sure what you mean. Are you just beginning your prep?
