Questions regarding 4th time LSAT Forum

I know there are lot of people who tried to write petition to Lsat and failed to get approvals, but is there anybody who succeeded?
I have no intention of figuring out what kinds of "extenuating circumstances" could grant a person 4th time opportunity. I am just very eager to know whether it is even possible to override the 3times in 2 yrs rule right now.
