Cultural/Racial Bias in the LSAT?

Post by Philosopher King » Mon Jan 09, 2012 3:41 pm

I have heard accusations about other standardized tests saying that there is a cultural and/or racial bias. Does the LSAT run into this problem? I would be curious to know what URMs think. Standardized tests are not good measures of anything and this may be just another problem with them.

This has been done before. Feel free to discuss it there. We really do not need another thread about this. I hope you understand.
