Still debating on if I should write a GPA addendum..thought?

I've mentioned this before - I graduated 10 years ago from college and have had a significant career since then, but my college grades suffered due to two major events.

I wrote about one of them in my personal statement (the big one), but I don't know if I should bring up the other in a GPA addendum. I feel like it makes me look like a whiner.

Since I addressed the major issue in my personal statement, I feel like it will be repetitive to bring it up alongside another thing in a GPA addendum?

Anyone care to share thoughts?
