Racial/Ethnic Description
So I was looking over my LSAT from awhile ago, and I realized that I left the race/ethnicity description blank. LSAC hasn't contacted me about it, and I have my score intact. With that said, I don't remember why I left it blank at the time of the test (probably negligence). Is this something that can come back to bite me/should I contact LSAC about it?

No, you're not obligated to disclose your race.
ETA: I believe you can disclose your race on actual applications.

I disagree, while you leaving this space unfilled constitutes the but-for cause and foreseeable proximate cause of the missing information, I'm not so sure you had a duty to fill it in (an ordinary person not wishing to disclose wouldn't have to). Unfort., if you had a duty, you certainly breached it, BPL--risk and loss is great, the burden is wasted graphite).funkmasta wrote:So I was looking over my LSAT from awhile ago, and I realized that I left the race/ethnicity description blank. Re: Racial/Ethnic Description
Your ethnic information was optional. If I remember correctly, only parts 1-13 are required to be filled in. A lot of your demographic information is optional.

Re: Racial/Ethnic Description
If they require a color photo before you can even take the test, then they already know your race.

Lol. Hey, this isn't too far from the TLS mindset. "What?! You mentioned something tangentially related to the topic of race/ethnicity that in no way disparages said race/ethnicity?! Thats offensive!!"ben4847 wrote:Guchster wrote:Also, I find this posting offensive.
