PT 64 Section Question 22

Can somebody tell me what the answer is?

I chose B. The answer sheet said B. But a thread over at Manhattan LSAT indicated that A was the correct choice.

I just want to make sure that the prep test I'm using is accurate. I'd prefer not to lose my mind before Saturday, if at all possible.
